What are Positive Daily Affirmations?

Everybody should have goals in life. They will help you stay focused. Positive affirmations are daily statements that we say to ourselves to help us complete our goals and combat negative energy. These affirmations will help you let go of the past and prepare you for situations that might occur in the future.

How can we Develop Positive Affirmations?

1. Positive affirmations should be coupled with clearly defined goals and said everyday.

2. You must believe in your affirmations for them to come true. You should feel your affirmations deeply.

3. Saying your affirmations will help you believe in them.

4. You should say your positive affirmations in the present tense rather than the future tense, such as 'I am..'. Saying your affirmations aloud and in present tense will help your subconscious mind believe them.

5. You can say these affirmations aloud or to yourself.

6. Some ways to practice your affirmations is you can try taping them to a mirror, so that you see them when you wake up in the morning. Another idea is writing them on a cue card that you carry in your purse or your handbag.
